What we collect
From the forms: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, and the property or request details you enter (type, area, size, budget and notes). From your browsing: the properties you mark as saved are stored in your own browser, and when you open the Saved page we receive each property's id so we can fetch and show you its details. Any viewing request or enquiry you send about a specific property is stored with us linked to that property — so we do hold a record of the properties you interacted with. We also store simple preferences in your browser, such as language and light or dark mode.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your request, to suggest properties that match your requirements and budget, to arrange viewings, and to improve the service. We do not use it for any other purpose.
We do not sell or share it
We do not sell, rent or pass your information to any third party for marketing purposes. Only the Isnad team handling your request sees it.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time — write to us or call us using the contact details below and we will remove it. Your saved list, however, lives in your own browser: it disappears when you unsave the properties or clear your browser data, and you do not need to ask us for anything.
